What You Need to Include

- Brief reason for the return (helps us improve)

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, email us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return request:

- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund
