Where We Ship
United States: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. APO/FPO addresses are also supported.
International: We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, and Australia. International shipping times are typically 7-14 business days.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

- For damaged items, please include photos
- We'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item
- If preferred, we'll issue a full refund instead
